Home Financing Calculator

• W-2s from the last two years
• Copy of valid picture ID including DOB and SSN
• Pay stubs from the last 30 days
• Last two months bank statements (all accounts)
• Current statements for 401(k), IRAs, mutual funds, profit sharing, brokerage accounts, etc.
• Name and address of landlord or mortgage holder for the past two years
• Copy of homeowners insurance certificate
